When paying your bill online, do not be deceived by third party payment delivery services like DOXO, or any other third-party bill payment service. Providers may charge these a fee for delivering payments to our utility. Along with additional fees, card transactions could be delayed up to seven days or more. Payments processed through our official portal or app are immediately applied to your account! Avoid potential late fees and disconnections.
